• Scholarships & Student registration rates are available for full-time matriculating students attending CPSI.  Scholarships are for first time attendees; please download the Information & Application Form here.

• Leader/Presenter Registration - Leaders/presenters need a login and password to access this form. If you did not receive this via email, please contact cpsi@cpsiconference.com or call 508-960-0000.

• Group Registration Discount - Please call 508-960-0000 for information on group registrations.

• Meals - Most meals are included in your conference registration fee. Meals begin with brunch on Monday and end with lunch on Friday. Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Reservation information is available online, click here 

• CANCELLATION POLICY - If you choose to cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing before May 21st. Your registration fee will be refunded by check, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be made after May 21, 2010 for any reason. Substitutions will be allowed up to June 21, 2010. All adjustments will be processed after CPSI 2010.
