Registration Information
• Scholarships & Student registration rates are available for full-time matriculating students attending CPSI. Scholarships are for first time attendees; please download the Information & Application Form here.
• CEF YouthWise @ CPSI® - CPSI provides a 10% discount for families that will be registering more than one child. Additional, children of CEF leaders/presenters receive an additional discount. Please call the CEF office at 508-960-0000 for more information and a discount code. For more information regarding the YouthWise program, please click here.
• Leader/Presenter Registration - Leaders/presenters need a login and password to access this form. If you did not receive this via email, please contact cpsi@cpsiconference.com or call 508-960-0000.
• Group Registration Discount - Please call 508-960-0000 for information on group registrations.
• Meals - Most meals are included in your conference registration fee. Meals begin with brunch on Monday and end with lunch on Friday. Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Reservation information is available online, click here
• CANCELLATION POLICY - If you choose to cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing before May 21st. Your registration fee will be refunded by check, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be made after May 21, 2010 for any reason. Substitutions will be allowed up to June 21, 2010. All adjustments will be processed after CPSI 2010.
