CEF Youthwise
The CPSI® youth will learn the excitement of creative thinking and the thrill of solving difficult problems. Students will develop unique solutions in a highly experiential format. This year older participants will learn the basics of the Osborn-Parnes Model, while younger children learn foundation skills in divergent and convergent thinking. A more individualized approach will ensure that returning CPSI participants have an opportunity to further expand their skills in a nurturing environment. The Program will include a real-world challenge and an opportunity to participate in a final presentation. Activities will include group projects, kinesthetic exercises, hands-on art projects, and a few surprises! Youth attending CEF’s YouthWise @ CPSI 2010 will participate in the Program during the regular hours of 8:30 to 3:00. The afternoons from 3:00 until 5:30 may feature field trips, activities at the Adam's Mark, and PACE sessions (older students only).
